Reshape effect Forum by Nankid

Raise future ready kids in this ever evolving world.

Raising children in today’s world is quite a daunting task. We want to raise our children to be a certain way and to have certain values, while the world around them applies constant pressure in the opposite direction. Don’t let this discourage you though. There are ways to successfully raise children of integrity in this pressure cooker of a world. You’re not alone, and you can do it! And I realise that what works for one child doesn’t always work with other children.

It was nice eye opener to attend the Parentology+: The Reshape effect Forum of Nestle Nankid last January 15, 2019 at WhiteSpace Makati. The Forum hosted by Philippine primer talk show host Boy Abunda.

Parents and Guests of the forum were also able to participate in Activities that allowed us to learn practical tips and lessons on how we can nurture an optimal growth mindset within ourselves and our families, thereby creating an environment that will nurture our children minds and hearts.

Some Activities were ” Reshaping Your Language ” where participants learned that adults have the power over how our language an affect kids.

Whatever you SAY may impact or influence your child. If not perfect, at least strive to be the best version of yourself because your child is looking up to you for inspiration. Your words should be well thought of, whenever you are dealing with your children.

If you haven’t thought of becoming a role model for your child, start now. You can always try in making a genuine attempt for raising a responsible and confident child.
