Smart Parenting Convention 2019

It’s so hard being a parent. It’s hard to find time for practically anything, especially socializing, because all your time is consumed with kids, and all your nights are consumed with making sure they get enough sleep, and all your days are consumed with signing school folders and folding clothes and tidying up a house that gets ransacked in half an hour of kids being home.

Parenting is really hard. It really is. Thankfully that Smart Parenting is here to provide parents vital information about caring for and raising children. It aims to help Filipino moms and dads be the best parents they can be and raise smart and loving children.

Smart Parenting Convention 2019 happened last Saturday July 29 at Sm Megamall Megatrade Hall, and we were lucky enough to be invited for the 2nd time to attend the event. The event was co-presented by Nido, Powered by PLDT Home Fibr, with minor sponsors Jack ‘n Jill, 3M Nexcare Products and Ariel.

Upon entering the hall Daryll and I was welcomed by booths that showcase various brands offering products that parents and soon-to-be parents definitely need.

The Smart Parenting Convention this year has more than 70 concessionaires offering special discounts and bundles. Aside from games, raffle prizes, and booth activities, three blocks were divided into topics to help parents in taking on their role, whether preparing for a baby, recovering from delivery, raising a toddler, and many more.

“We always get messages from our readers that we do SP Con for two days! They always tell us they love the shopping and super appreciate the talks,” said Leah Nemil – San Jose, editor in chief, Smart Parenting, the most credible source of pregnancy information Filipino moms count on.
