Being a mom and caring for a child can be a wonderful experience but at times, it can be daunting and overwhelming as i make decisions for my son upbringing.

This little cutie pie popped out of bed and was ready to head to Taekwondo! But first we had to fill his body with breakfast and gummy vitamins.

As a mom, i always want to do what is best for Daryll and keep him safe. Daryll is very malikot mahilig sya kumapit kung saan saan and Germs are everywhere, especially now na tag ulan na at flu season naman. So i make sure na nag huhugas sya ng kamay palagi washing hands with soap and water most effective way to prevent disease, especially during flu season but sometimes lalo pag nasa labas mahirap mag hugas ng kamay. So i make sure na he use hand sanitizers or Alcohol when soap and water is not available. Thank you @Watsonph for including @cleene_ph Alcohol in our Wellness kit. We’ve been using Balneum for bathtime. Daryll flaky dry skin had disappeared. The redness of his skin had decreased drastically.

Ascof Lagundi really works ang bilis mawala ng cough ni Daryll.

It was really challenging for me as a mom to stick to our daily wellness plan but atleast we are improving. I think every step is important as it leads to better healthy lifestyle for my family. Now were still improving our healthy inside and out journey with Watsons
