How To Make a Vegetables Frittata
INGREDIENTS for Egg Mixtures:
4 large eggs, enough to cover the ingredients
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional, to taste)
a dash of salt or Any Seasoning
pinch of chopped onion chives or parsley
Whisk thoroughly and Set aside.
Ingredients for the Sautéed Veggies:
2 small Carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Bell Pepper Chopped
1 tablespoon of oil
Chopped onion (I often use 1 medium)
Procedure:
1. Sauté until the onions are translucent (but not fully caramelized), and the overall amount of veggies.
2. Pour your egg mixture over the hot sautéd veggies to produce the perfect frittata.
3. Place the skillet into a hot pre-heated until golden brown and puffed up.
The wedges you serve will hold together well with a self-forming crusty edge.
5. Serve up hot with fresh fruit and other fresh veggies.
