
Who doesn’t love fried rice? I can’t think of anyone, really. There’s so many different ways to make fried rice that you should be able to find a recipe that pleases just about anyone.
This tasty fried rice recipe is made with Karne Norte.
Ingredients:
Cdo Karne Norte
Cooked White Rice
Dash of Pepper
Carrots peeled and Chopped
2 Eggs Beaten
Onion ( Minced)
Garlic (Minced)
Butter
Chives (Dahon Sibuyas)
Seasoning to taste (optional)
To Make:
1.Heat the Skelet and Put the Butter. Add the garlic and Onion saute until aromatic.
2. Add the carrots, green onions and Karne Norte to the wok fry just until tender.
3. Add the cooked rice to the wok and Seasoning, Toss everything together and cook until the rice is pale brown and toasted.
4. Push the rice up the side of the wok and add the eggs in the wok and break it into small bits.
6. Toss everything together. Serve immediately.


Karne Norte Lumpia
Ingredients:
1 can CDO Karne Norte
1 pack Lumpia Wrapper
1/2 cup carrots, minced
1/2 cup onions, minced
Green Beans Chopped
1/4 cup Garlic Minced
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
1. Place Karne Norte into a bowl.
2. Add salt, pepper, garlic, onions, beans and carrots.
3. Mix together and set aside.
4. Remove lumpia wrappers from their packaging.
5. Take one lumpia wrapper. Place a portion of the karne norte mixture in the middle. Arrange it in a row, horizontally.
6. Roll the wrapper closed, to form a lumpia.
7. Dab water along the edge of the wrapper to seal it.
8. Repeat until you run out of mixture and wrappers.
9. Freeze your set of lumpia overnight.
10.The next day, fry from frozen in a wok.
11. Served with Suka or Ketsup
