Been trying different recipes since the pandemic started. So for today gumawa ako ng Superstix Icebox Cake.

The ingredients are layered together and allowed to set in the refrigerator. Mushy wafer may sound weird, but trust me it works! It’s sweet, light and fresh without being too sugary.

Superstix Icebox Cake
Ingredients:
1 Choco Superstix wafer sticks 320g
1 can all-purpose cream
1 150ml Sweetened Thick Creamer
Procedures
1. Crushed the Superstix wafer using food processor or blender.
2.In a rectangular glass baking dish arrange
the crushed wafer..
3. Chill the all purpose cream for 30 minutes then whip the cream in a bowl.
4. Combine the Sweetened Thick Creamer
and all purpose cream and mix together.
5. Spread the Whip Cream mixture out over the top of the wafer crust and smooth down.
6. Sprinkle the crushed graham on the top layer. Place into the fridge to set for at least 6-8 hours and preferably overnight.
